Governance Subcommittee

The Governance Subcommittee reports to the Board Planning Committee and is charged with investigating organizational structure issues as directed by the board, and reporting back for the board's consideration. The report should include options along with pros and cons of each option.

Environmental Scanning Subcommittee

The Environmental Scanning Subcommittee reports to the Board Planning Committee and is charged with reviewing the collection of environmental scanning submissions, requesting other data or sectors to be included, and producing an executive summary along with possible options for the board to consider which will include pros and cons of each option.
