The Bylaws Committee periodically reviews the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws and recommends appropriate amendments to the Board of Directors.

Estimated time commitment: 2-4 hours per year plus 1 meeting

Responsibilities:

1. Attend one meeting each year
1. To review the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the AAN.
2. Participate in conference calls with other committee members on relevant issues as they arise throughout the year.
3. Chair works directly with staff liaison. For this reason, there may be additional time involvement depending upon project.
