Responsible for operational and management issues related to the Academy between the board meetings. The Executive Committee reports to the Board of Directors at each board meeting.

Estimated time commitment: Participate in two conference calls per month (one hour each)

The Executive Committee shall include the President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Vice President, Secretary, Chair of AEI, Chair of AANF and the Executive Director, ex-officio. Meetings may be conducted by group meetings, conference call, or other electronic means of communication. The actions of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors shall be reaffirmed during the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
