Grievance Committee
Review grievances in accordance with the Academy's Disciplinary Action Policy and submit formal complaint to the Board of Directors through the Office of the Vice President of the Board. The committee shall report to the Board of Directors through the Ethics, Law and Humanities Committee.

Estimated time commitment: 2-10 hours of preparation for each of two annual meetings, depending on case load.
Responsibilities:
- Attend two meetings per year.
- January or February in conjunction with the Ethics, Law & Humanities Committee
- August or September
- Participate in conference calls on relevant issues as they arise throughout the year.
- Chair works directly with staff liaison. For this reason, there may be additional time involvement depending upon project.
- Occasionally, there may be special projects that would require additional time commitment from committee members.
