Registrations will be accepted on-site at the McCormick Place West Convention Center, Rooms 183A-C during the following hours:
- Saturday, April 12: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 13 through Friday, April 18: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, April 19: 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Registrations received after March 7, 2008, will not be processed. After March 7, 2008, participants must register on-site. On-site registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2008, and closes at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2008.
US and Canadian registrants who submit their registration forms before March 7, 2008, will receive Annual Meeting name badges and Education Program tickets by mail.
General Registration Fee
The general registration fee is mandatory for all registrants and is determined by AAN member type. The fee includes a name badge providing access to:
- Scientific Platform and Poster sessions
- Plenary Sessions
- 60th Anniversary Party
- Opening Party
- Advocacy events
- Guidelines and Practice Open House
- Education Colloquium
- Patient Safety Colloquium
- Exhibits
The registration fee does not include individual Education Program fees.
