Traumatic Brain Injury

Integrated Neuroscience Session

Friday, May 1, 1:00–5:00 p.m.

The Traumatic Brain Injury session of the Integrated Neuroscience program will employ guest speakers, a platform session, and a poster session to bring you up to date in the diagnosis and management of this injury. The guest speakers will review the clinic management of mild TBI, ICU management of severe TBI, strategies for brain imaging, and the US military's approach to TBI care. The poster and platform sessions will present cutting edge research findings from TBIs incurred in combat settings, neuroimaging of TBI, and post-TBI seizures.
