Online Registration
Online registration is quick and convenient, allowing participants to access course availability and receive immediate registration confirmation.
Early Registration and Hotel Reservation Deadline: March 10, 2010
Register early to avoid increased general registration and education program fees. Members who finalize their itineraries for the 2010 62nd Annual Meeting in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, by March 10, 2010, will save money on general registration and education programs fees and obtain special hotel rates.
US and Canadian registrants who submit their registration forms on or before March 10, 2010, will receive their badge and tickets in the mail.
On-site Registration
Registrations will be accepted on-site at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre during the following hours:
- Saturday, April 10: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 11 through Friday, April 16: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, April 17: 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
General Registration Fee
The general registration fee is mandatory for all registrants and is determined by AAN member type. The registration fee does not include individual education program fees. The fee includes a name badge providing access to:

- Scientific Poster Sessions
- Plenary Sessions
- Neurobowl
- Celebration for Research
- Advocacy Events
- Best Care Expo
- Colloquiums
- Exhibit Hall
