Reservations Direct Through Airlines

To book travel online directly with American, Northwest / Delta, United or Porter Airlines, follow the instructions below:

American Airlines

In the "Book Flights" box, enter the "Promotion Code" of 9940AC, and continue with your flight search

You will automatically receive the lowest fare available whether the published price or the contracted discount.

Northwest / Delta Airlines

1. At the bottom of the "Flight Search" box, indicate "Yes" under "E-Cert".
2. A drop down box will appear. Select "Meeting Agreement (Worldfile number)".
3. Enter the "Meeting Agreement Code of NM483 and continue with your flight search.

You will automatically receive the lowest fare available whether the published price or the contracted discount.

United Airlines

1. Enter city and date information in the "Book Travel" box.
2. Scroll to bottom of box to "More Search Options" and click on "Upgrades, promotions, class, etc.
3. In the "Electronic certificate or promotion code" box, enter the United meeting discount code, 586LT, and click on "Search",

You will automatically receive the lowest fare available whether the published price or the contracted discount.

Porter Airlines—Toronto City Centre Airport Only

1. Enter city and date information in the "Search Flight" box.
2. Enter discount code, NEURO10, in the "Promotion Code" box near the bottom and click on "Find Flights."
