2013 Online CME Request
Similar to last year's meeting, all 2013 Annual Meeting program evaluation forms will be handled electronically only—online at your convenience. Beginning Saturday, March 16, program evaluations will become available for attendees as courses are completed throughout the week. NOTE: If you recently registered for the Annual Meeting, it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive access to the site.
Log in to the Evaluation Website
There are two ways to obtain your CME:
- Log in to the evaluation website using the email address and password you used to register for the Annual Meeting.
- Click on the evaluation type that you need to complete.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your evaluation.
- New for 2013!– Use the Annual Meeting Mobile App to complete meeting evaluations and request your CME.
If you have any questions, visit one of the Information Booths in the San Diego Convention Center outside of Lobby D or Ballroom 6.

How long will the site be open?
The CME request form will be available until April 1, 2013.
What do I do if I'm having problems logging in?
You can either revisit the Annual Meeting registration site and complete a password retrieval form to have it emailed to you or contact AAN Member Services at memberservices@aan.com or by telephone (800) 879-1960.
I'm trying to print out my CME transcript from the website and it says 0 hours.
Did I record my information correctly?
For AAN members, the online CME transcript on www.aan.com will be updated and available 6-8 weeks after the meeting. For nonmembers, a CME certificate will be mailed to you 6-8 weeks after the meeting.
