Groups

The AAN will again be offering a competitive and group-friendly service package to meet the needs of groups attending the 2012 Annual Meeting. We are proud to provide groups all-inclusive travel packages, as well as access to hundreds of local vendors. We can design a specific package custom tailored to your groups needs, or you can book hotel rooms a la carte.

Group Registration

Registration Deadline – March 28
Group registrations are those in which 10 or more individuals' fees are paid for with one check or credit card. An administrative fee of $300 per attendee will be charged if you require Group Registration only and do not secure housing with AAN Housing.

Accommodations
Blocks of 10 or more sleeping rooms are considered a group.
