Annual Meeting Mobile App Icon Glossary

Icon/ Name	Requires Login to Access	Description
		Browse Annual Meeting sessions and events by day. Tips: Select the "Filter" button to display sessions that are included in your registration. Take notes by selecting the note icon within session details. Select “+” in the upper right corner to add a new note.
	♦	Coming Soon! View and customize your personal Annual Meeting schedule. Tips: Access syllabi, slides, or evaluations within session details. Select a session that you have registered for to open the “details” page. Then select “Evals/Polls” to access evaluations or “Syllabus” for syllabus or slide files. Select the “+” button in the upper right store a file in your “briefcase.”
		View a list of sessions or events currently in progress or commencing within the next two hours.
		Browse sessions by speaker. Tip: Search by last name or company name.
	♦	Search the attendee list and message attendees within the app. Tip: Search by last name or company name.
	♦	Coming Soon! Select “Evals” to submit program evaluations. Tip: Select “Polls” to submit a response for sessions that have audience response enabled. (Note: This feature is not available for the mobile web version of the app.)
	♦	Download slide and syllabus files for offline access. Tip: Select the envelope icon in the upper right to email saved syllabus or slide files.
	♦	Send messages to other Annual Meeting attendees within the app.

		Explore San Diego with Frommer’s City Guide.
		Search by Schedule, Speaker, Exhibitor, Attendee, or Syllabus (available soon). Tips: Use the schedule search to look for an abstract presentation. Add syllabi or slides to “My Briefcase,” by selecting the “+” in the upper left corner when searching by Syllabus.
		Browse or search exhibitors. Tip:? Select an exhibitor then the “+” sign in the upper right corner to add a specific exhibitor to your “My Exhibitors” list.
		Share your experience on Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn (or view the AM twitter feed).
		View maps of the Exhibit Hall and San Diego Convention Center. Tip: Select the word “map” in the program details screen to be linked to its location on the map. Curious about what’s going on in a particular room? Open the map and select the desired room to see a list of all room-specific programs.

	♦	View your session notes. Tip: Select the envelope icon in the upper right corner to email saved notes.
	♦	Ask a question during the Plenary Sessions
