Cancellation Policy

Workshops are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration will be fully refunded. The AAN is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.

Refund Policy

The AAN will assess a $25 administrative fee for cancellations received on or before the early registration deadline. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the early registration deadline.

Material Pickup

On the day of the workshop, attendees can pick up workshop materials between 7:00 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. at the AAN Spasticity/Dystonia Workshop registration counter in the hotel.
