Special Rates and Room Reservation Deadline

The AAN has negotiated a sleeping room rate of: $175.00 single/double, plus tax (additional person: $50.00 plus tax for more than two occupants). Participants must identify themselves as being with 2010 AAN Fall Conference and provide the group code of 6AAN1010.

Reservation Deadline: 5:00 p.m., PST, October 6, 2010

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's room/suite rate plus tax and must be received no later than 14 days after reservation is made. All credit cards utilized for deposits will be charged when the deposit is made. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is noon. The resort will require a pre-authorization of $150.00 for each night's stay to cover incidentals, which will take place upon check in. Cash or credit card will be accepted. If a debit card is utilized, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel allows individual attendees to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the attendees scheduled arrival date. Hotel will charge one (1) night guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.

Attire

Dress for the 2010 AAN Fall Conference is casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, a light sweater or jacket is recommended for the educational activities.
