The AAN has negotiated a sleeping room rate of:
- $159.00 single/double, plus tax (additional person—$30.00 plus tax for more than two occupants)
Participants must identify as being with 2009 AAN Fall Conference and provide the group code of AAN09.
An Additional resort charge of $4.99 per room, per day plus tax will be added. The resort charge includes:
- No charge for local phone calls
- Newspaper delivered to room
- Two bottled waters
- Resort coupon book offering great savings
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge and must be received no later than 14 days after reservation is made. Hotel accepts all major credit cards. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, a first night's guestroom and tax rate will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel allows individual attendees to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the attendees scheduled arrival date. Hotel will charge one (1) night guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.
Attire
Dress for the 2009 AAN Fall Conference is casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, a light sweater of jacket is recommended for the educational activities.
