Registration Deadline
The deadline for advance registration rates is September 18, 2008. Registrations received after this date will be charged an additional $100.
Cancellation Policy
Programs are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration will be fully refunded. The AAN is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.
Refund Policy
The AAN will assess a $50 administrative fee for cancellations received on or before September 18, 2008. Note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after that date.
On-Site Registration Details and Hours
Attendees can pick up their conference materials at the on-site 2008 Fall Conference registration counter. Additional details will be included in your registration confirmation packet.

Attire
The dress for the 2008 AAN Fall Conference is casual. Since the meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, a sweater or jacket is recommended for the educational activities.
