The American Academy of Neurology Winter Conference presents practice management education in three parts, all of which are understandable and accessible for practicing neurologists and office managers. Participants in Practice Management 102 learn the basics of ICD-9 coding for neurologic disorders and CPT coding for procedures and office visits. Practice Management 202 covers the topics of office, personnel, and financial management. Practice Management 302 examines strategic planning for professional survival.
