Reservations, Special Rates, and Room Reservation Deadline

The AAN has negotiated a sleeping room rate of $199.00 per night single/double for the 2009 AAN Winter Conference (rate does not include applicable state and resort taxes).

Call the resort at (407) 824-3869 on or before Monday, December 15, 2008, and identify yourself as part of the AAN Winter Conference to receive the special group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, a first night's guestroom—and tax rate per guestroom—will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.

Cancellation Policy

Disney's Contemporary Resort allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guestroom reservations in accordance with its general policy at that time. Currently, a refund is given if a cancellation takes place at least five days before arrival. Refunds will not be made if the guest does not arrive on the confirmed date of arrival. It is policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.

Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full day charge.

Attire

Dress for the 2009 AAN Winter Conference is casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, a light sweater or jacket is recommended for the educational activities.
