Program Description

Could your neurology practice use an overhaul? Those who stay competitive in today's market constantly reevaluate their practice design. If you're still practicing the way you did 20 years ago, you may need a wake-up call. Even if your waiting room is full and your appointment waiting time is lengthy, if you aren't looking at the numbers, you may be making poor decisions.

This course is an extension of the popular Annual Meeting Practice Survival course. Expert faculty has over 75 years of management experience with expertise in accounting, business, and employee management. Participants should learn how to determine when to add new services, how to best integrate new providers, which added service makes the most sense, and how to effectively market your practice once you've expanded. Best of breed examples will be provided and success stories shared.
