You are welcome to register onsite at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Please complete the attached form and be sure to bring it with you.
Onsite registration Hours are:
| Thursday, January 15, 2009 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. |
| Friday, January 15, 2009 | 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. |
| Saturday, January 17, 2009 | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, January 18, 2009 | 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. |
Registration Deadline
The deadline for advance registration rates is December 15, 2008. Registrations received after this date will be charged an additional $100.
Cancellation Policy
Programs are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration will be fully refunded. The AAN is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.
Refund Policy
The AAN will assess a $50 administrative fee for cancellations received on or before December 15, 2008. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after that date.
