Continuum CME

Instructions for Continuum CME

To earn up to 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ of self-assessment and CME from a 2013 Continuum™ issue:

  1. Before reading the issue, complete the Self-Assessment Pretest. Use your pretest results to guide your study of the issue.
  2. After reading the issue, complete the Multiple-Choice Questions.
  3. You do not have to complete the activity at one time. Your progress through the questions will be saved for your next visit. Participants who complete only the Multiple-Choice Questions will not receive self-assessment credit, but will be eligible for up to 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits of CME.
  4. Complete the evaluation at the end of the activity. (Required–you will not earn self-assessment or CME credit unless the evaluation is complete.)

For issues older than 2013, up to 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits of self-assessment and CME is earned by completing the Multiple-Choice Questions and completing the evaluation at the end of the activity.

The AAN has a minimum performance pass rate of 60 percent (post-reading Multiple-Choice Questions only) in order to comply with the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ requirements. Participants can retake the test if they do not pass the first time.

Preferred responses, including a peer comparison report, will be provided upon completion of the Multiple-Choice Questions activity. You may print out a summary report of all questions, preferred responses, your responses, and peer comparison data.

Self-assessment and CME credit will be awarded within two business days, and you may print transcripts for successfully completed activities. Review credits earned through your personal Neuro Tracker interface.

Each Patient Management Problem activity is eligible for up to 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits of CME. The Patient Management Problem has not been approved for self-assessment credit.

Each credit activity is available for 3 years from the publication date of each issue.
