Honoring a Giant of Neurology
This fund honors John R. Calverley, MD, and the Texas neurologist's lifelong commitment to mentoring new generations of neurologists and his work to improve the lives of people living with neurological disorders. The fund was launched in 2004 at an event hosted by Robin Brey, MD, in her home in San Antonio, TX, where Calverley and his wife, Alice, were the guests of honor. Calverley passed away a week later on October 30.
