New 2012 Two-Year Stroke Postdoctoral Fellowship

AHA/ASA/ABF Lawrence M. Brass M.D. Stroke Research Postdoctoral Fellowship

This fellowship supports an investigator conducting clinical research related to stroke research. The award supports a postdoctoral fellow with a preference for trainees in vascular neurology, stroke, neurocritical care, or outcomes research.

The fellowship is named in honor of Dr. Larry Brass, an academic neurologist and Director of the Stroke Program at Yale University who was an active volunteer for many committees of the AHA/ASA and ABF. He was a clinician and patient oriented investigator in studies of stroke diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and outcomes research.
