AAN Encounter Kit for Headache

American Academy of Neurology research indicates that AAN members want patient education materials and practical tools that put guidelines into action. The AAN Encounter Kit for Headache is a set of tools designed to bring expert ideas to the patient/physician encounter.

Based on the Evidence-based Guidelines for Migraine Headache, the AAN Encounter Kit for Headache makes it easy for neurologists to translate evidence into the best possible care for their patients. Working with practicing neurologists and headache experts, the AAN Practice Improvement Subcommittee created the AAN Encounter Kit for Headache to offer a variety of practice improvement tools to assist neurologists who want to deliver evidence-based care that improves outcomes and quality of life for patients with migraine headache.
