How to Download & Listen to a Podcast

To listen to a podcast, all you need is a computer with speakers and a music playing program such as iTunes, Windows Media Player, ect. There are several free music players available for download on the internet. Click here to download iTunes for free. iTunes can be installed on either a PC or Mac computer.
If you would like to just listen to a podcast on your computer, all you need to do is click the link that looks like this:
A dialog box may appear and ask you if you would like to open or save the file. To just listen the podcast, choose open.
*note: that once you close the music player, the podcast will not be saved to you computer
To save the file, click "download this now" and choose save. If a save option does not appear, right click "download this now" and it should give you the option to "Save as". You will have to specify a location for the file to be downloaded to that you can remember.
**For mac users without a right click button on your mouse, you want to hold the "Control" key on your keyboard and then choose the podcast you wish to listen to and select "save."
After it has finished downloading, find the file and open it. It should begin playing, be sure your speakers are turned on and the volume is set appropriately.
