How to Install and Use Juice to Download, Subscribe and Listen to Podcasts
Podcasts
Juice is a free program that will automatically retrieve and download new podcasts that you subscribe to and then sync them to play in your music player (Windows Media Player or iTunes).

After juice is installed and you first open the program, it will look like this:
To add a Podcast to Juice click the 
tab then click the 
button.
A prompt window will appear and you will need to add the Podcast subscription URL to the URL area of this window then click the "Save" button.
After that a list of the AAN podcasts will appear like this:
To download a podcast, simply check 
the show(s) you wish to download and click the 
button. After doing this, you will automatically switch to the "downloads" tab to view the podcast(s) you are downloading. The screen looks like this:
When the progress has reached 100 percent, the podcast has been downloaded. To play the podcast on your computer, simply right click and select "play episode in mediaplayer."
*note: For mac users without a right click button on your mouse, hold the "Control" key on your keyboard and then click the podcast you wish to listen to and select "play episode in mediaplayer."
