Nearly $250 Million in Payments Underway for UnitedHealth Group UCR Settlement

Neurologists who filed timely claim forms as part of the United Health Group Usual, Customary, and Reasonable (UCR) settlement should be receiving funds from the settlement in the coming months. It is expected that of the $250 million settlement fund, nearly $200 million will go to providers.

Any neurologist who does not receive a check by April 15, 2012 should follow one of the options listed below.

Any neurologist who has changed his or her address since filing should provide an updated mailing address to the above contact options as soon as possible to ensure proper delivery.
