February Webinar Helps Improve Coding Skills

“Correcting Common Mistakes in ICD, E/M, and CPT Coding,” the year’s second AAN Practice Management Webinar, will take place on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. ET. The deadline to register is February 4.

Presented by Bruce H. Cohen, MD, FAAN, this program begins with 60 minutes of lecture followed by 30 minutes of questions and answers. Upon completion, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of Evaluation & Management (E/M) Coding
  • Learn how proper coding impacts reimbursement
  • Gain a basic understanding of diagnosis codes and how to appropriately use them
  • Understand the appropriate use of modifiers
  • Discover what AAN resources are available to assist your practice in coding accurately

The cost to participate in the 2013 webinars is $149 for the first and $50 for each additional webinar—a special 30-percent savings from the pricing of nonmembers. The bundling discount is applicable only when multiple webinars are purchased in the same transaction. All registrants will have access to both the live and recorded options for the webinar(s) they purchase. Slides are included with all webinar purchases. Each webinar is worth 1.5 CME credits.
