Two special orientation sessions will take place during the meeting in San Diego to help first–time attendees familiarize themselves with the Annual Meeting. The first session, led by Maisha T. Robinson, MD, will be held on Sunday, March 17, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Room 1B of the San Diego Convention Center, with a second session led by Ralph F. Józefowicz, MD, FAAN, on Wednesday, March 20, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in Room 27AB at the Convention Center.

The orientation sessions will cover everything from basic Annual Meeting structure, organization, and layout to what’s free with your registration. Learn about numerous networking opportunities available throughout the week, where to find computer access and concierge services in the San Diego Convention Center, and more.  The sessions are an excellent opportunity to meet other first–time attendees and ask questions of presenters and Academy staff.
