New Report Helps Members with Office TechnologiesPublished on July 2, 2009 A new Academy report helps members use technology solutions in their neurology practices. "Technology Solutions for Neurology Practices: A 2009 Report" presents an overview of the technologies such as e-prescribing, smart phones, and chart scanning and shows how to incorporate them into your daily workflow, and provides cost information. Read more about the report. "The health information technology landscape is rapidly changing," said Neil A. Busis, MD, FAAN. "There is a move away from one-size-fits-all electronic health record systems towards a more incremental and modular approach. This report includes information from our Digital Demos session at the Annual Meeting and additional findings to examine low-cost, easy-to-implement electronic office solutions that can help move your practice into the twenty-first century." Learn More at Fall Conference in Las VegasIf you wish to learn more about moving your practice into the digital age, you will want to attend "Practice Management 301: Don't Gamble on Improving Your Practice Performance" at the AAN Fall Conference in Las Vegas on Saturday, November 7, 2009, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
