FTC Red Flags Rule Delayed Until June 1

In a last-minute decision, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced that the Red Flags rule will be delayed until June 1, 2010. The AMA has been urging the FTC and Congress that physicians are not "creditors" and should not be subject to the rule.
