Neurologists who were assigned a claim number after the October 5, 2010 filing deadline for a report from the UnitedHealth Group Usual, Customary, & Reasonable (UCR) Settlement Claims Administrator are encouraged to file their claims and the appropriate supporting documentation as soon as possible.
