*Includes Exhibit Hall Networking Reception 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 24, 2018 11:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 25, 2018 11:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Exhibitors will receive two lunch tickets per booth per day. Additional tickets can be purchased online when you order staff badges. The warehouse, set-up, and dismantling schedule is now available.

Meeting Suites

Meeting Suites are available in a number of locations to establish your organization's home base. 

  • Available in Kential Hall as 10' x 20', 20' x 20', or 20' x 20' sound-dampening suites
  • New Hotel Meeting suites are available at select hotels around the city
  • Exclusively available to Industry Roundtable members, premium meeting suites are available directly in the convention center
  • Recommend use: staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, hospitality suites
