Mindfulness and related habits are proven to improve well being in almost all settings which have been studied, including medicine and related fields. This brief introduction aims to provide quick, usable, mindfulness skills directly to any interested members of the AAN and fill the frequent gap between what we know helps and how to implement it. Attendess will be able to:
1. Apply mindfulness techniques through activities we already engage in on a daily basis.
