Learning Objectives Funds flow models have become common in academic medicine. These arrangements between the School, Health System and Departments are complex and variable between institutions. In this session we will present a number of models of such arrangements, focusing on their impact specifically on neurology departments, giving the attendee tools and perspectives that can be used during funds flow design and negotiations.
