Learning Objectives Participants will hear about and discuss new trials providing evidence for expanded thrombectomy indications, advances in organization of stroke systems of care and trials exploring new workflow, as well as advances in the management of unruptured aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations. This will be partly didactic and partly case-based discussion. New indications including large core, distal occlusions, and low NIHSS will be explored, and direct to angio and EMS triage will be discussed.
