Learning Objectives Participants will learn to identify underserved stroke communities and their hospitals; develop a plan of action to identify the disparities and health care inequalities between counties and states in underserved communities, understand the barriers to equal access to health care, understand potential solutions for cerebrovascular inequalities, and understand current advances in technology and their roles in mitigating burden of cerebrovascular disease; develop a connection with local health care leaders; understand the barriers and deficiencies of knowledge in acute stroke care and follow up with communities and their leaders.
