The Trainee and Faculty Networking Reception offers opportunities for medical students, residents, and fellows to network with peers and leaders to make connections that further trainee career development. It aims to encourage faculty members to network with trainees. Faculty are invited to share their own professional endeavors and discuss the prospects of residency, clerkship, fellowships, other career opportunities and their experiences within the field of neurology. This exchange of knowledge and experiences will provide faculty and trainees alike with refreshed perspectives and lasting insights that will fortify their work and enhance their career prospects.

As an attendee, here is what you can expect:
• M1/M2/ M3/ M4: Network with residents; discuss neurology with your peers. Meet with representatives from nearly 100 institutions.
• PGY1 + PGY2: connect with other residents in various programs. Discuss fellowships with institutions.
• PGY 3-6: Connect with institutions about fellowship and other career opportunities.
• Fellows: Connect with residents who may be interested in your program. Connect with other fellows and faculty to gain insight into other programs and career opportunities.
• Coordinators: Network with other coordinators and share insights in their programs
• Educators: Connect with other educators, advise residents, fellows and students from other programs
