Booth Rates and Contract

Exhibit booth contract deadline for priority booth assignments has passed. Refer to the overall Exhibit Brochure for more information on what is included with your standard booth rate as well as your exhibitor staff badge. Secure your booth with the Online Contract.

Standard Rates*
10'x10' linear = $3,500
10'x10' corner = $3,700
Island/Pavilions (minimum of four 10'x10' units) = Starting at $18,000

Associations/Non-Profit Organizations:
Level 1
 Complimentary space in the Association Neighborhood (limited to 15 booths) - SOLD OUT
Level 2 Reduced rate outside of neighborhood ($950 linear, or $1,150 corner)

Career Fair:
The special recruiter package for $5,700 is limited to 12 booths in the Career Fair area of the exhibit hall. It includes a furniture package, the use of an interview room, as well as a 1/2 page ad in the AAN Career Compass.

Complimentary lunch and an afternoon coffee break will be served for all registered attendees Tuesday through Thursday.

Exhibitors will receive 2 lunch tickets per booth/per day. Additional tickets can be purchased online when you order your staff badges.

We have identified several marketing opportunities that will help you drive traffic to your booth.

Passport Program

  • Put your company logo on our exhibit hall travel passport
  • Attendees who visit all booths listed on the passport will be entered into daily drawings for iPads, Annual Meeting Registrations, etc.
  • This opportunity is limited to 20 exhibitors! First come, first served! Participation fees start at $3,003.
  • Host the drawing of the Grand Prize in your booth during the afternoon coffee break on Thursday, April 21. Fee is $10,010

Meeting Suites in Exhibit Hall

Meeting Suites are located in the Exhibit Hall. 

  • Available as 10'x20' or 20'x20' space, basic furniture package included: starting at $15,000
  • Three Premium Meeting Suites are available on the concourse level of the convention center: $40,000
  • Ocean View Suites at the Pan Pacific Hotel: starting at $15,000
  • Recommended use: Staff Meetings, one-on-one meetings, and hospitality suites

Industry Roundtable

Join the Industry Roundtable (IRT) to share vision, intellect, and financial resources with the neurology community in a cost-effective and productive manner. IRT resources have been used to support research programs and to expand the American Brain Foundation's Clinical Research Training Fellowships.
