Child Care Information
A variety of child care options are available in Boston, MA. Check with the concierge at your hotel on or before your arrival to make arrangements.
No luggage check is available at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Check with the concierge at your hotel to make arrangements.
Because many hotels are within walking distance to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, the AAN will provide shuttle service only for select hotels. Transportation option details are available on the housing website's transportation map, including walking directions, public transportation, and taxi fares. Please use this information when making your housing selection.
Wireless Internet hotspots will be available at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
First Aid Station
A First Aid station is located on the lobby level of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The station is staffed by licensed medical professionals and fully equipped with supplies, including automatic external defibrillators. The station is operational throughout the duration of the Annual Meeting.
A prayer room will be available in the Boston Convention and Exhibition center for attendees looking for a quiet space for thought, reflection, and prayer.
A private room will be available for nursing mothers and others with sensitive personal health needs. Please note that this room will not be staffed.
