| Houston Methodist is a Weill Cornell University affiliate. The neuroimaging fellowship was accredited by the United Council for Neurological Subspecialties in 2015. Our graduating fellows passed the credentialing exam on the first try and with top performance. As neurologists skilled in Neuroimaging, they have many professional opportunities, some listed in our website. This program has two fellowship positions available yearly. It combines extensive clinical experience in MRI, CT and PET with research experience, particularly in the imaging of cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders. The fellow has the opportunity of acquiring experience with molecular imaging. Participation in ongoing research projects is encouraged. The neuroimaging fellowship was established and co-directed by Joseph Masdeu, MD, PhD, who is the author of two Neuroimaging volumes in the prestigious Handbook of Clinical Neurology (2016) and of more than 140 neuroimaging original papers. | |
