| The Penn Neuro-Ophthalmology clinical fellowship is supervised by Drs. Grant Liu, Kenneth Shindler, Madhura Tamhankar, Robert Avery, Sashank Prasad, Ahmara Ross, Ali Hamedani, and Adam Kruszewski, members of the Division of Neuro-Ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania, and accepts applicants who have completed residency training in either Neurology or Ophthalmology. Fellows learn through hands-on clinic experience and academic lectures and conferences. Training includes education in adult and pediatric neuro-ophthalmology. Since 1994, the Neuro-Ophthalmology Program has trained more than three dozen fellows, most of whom have current positions at academic medical centers. These individuals represent many of the field’s established and emerging leaders in clinical neuro-ophthalmology and in clinical and basic science research. Our neuro-ophthalmology fellowship is compliant with the Association of University Professors of Ophthalmology guidelines. All applications are accepted through the SF Match program (sfmatch.org) and are listed on their “Ophthalmology” fellowships page. | |
