| The Autonomic Disorders program at UT Southwestern Medical Center is a high volume tertiary referral center that attracts patients from all over Texas and the United States. Autonomic disorders is a multidisciplinary specialty that includes Internal Medicine colleagues (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Hypertension, Palliative Care), PM&R, physical therapy, and urology to provide comprehensive care for patients with POTS, autonomic failure, small fiber neuropathy, and neurodegenerative disorders. We have a dedicated monthly multidisciplinary center of excellence clinic for multiple system atrophy. In addition to the autonomic clinics, the autonomic section provides autonomic laboratory testing at several locations. Autonomic fellows participate in all aspects of the autonomic practice and clinical research. The autonomic fellowship is accredited by the UCNS. | |
