Duration: 1-2 years Accreditation: UCNS (United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties) Program Overview KUMC offers one of the only 44 UNCS-accredited Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology fellowships in the U.S., providing advanced training in neurodegenerative diseases, cognitive disorders, and behavioral neurology. Our program features two-tailored tracks to match your career goals: - Clinician Track (1 year): Focused on enhancing clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing cognitive and behavioral disorders. - Clinician-Scientist Track (1-2 years): Combines patient care with research, preparing fellows for careers in clinical and translational science. - Research-Intensive Track (1-2 years): Designed for basic or clinical researchers aiming to launch independent research careers, with mentorship from internationally recognized experts in brain energy metabolism and neurocognitive disorders.
