A unique nine-month program designed to reduce and prevent burnout among neurologists.

It's important to remember that it is possible to prevent burnout as well as restore well-being. Your health matters to the AAN and we're here to help. Each day AAN staff and member volunteers are working on your behalf to decrease regulatory hassles to make it easier to be a successful neurologist. Additionally, we've compiled the following resources to provide you with tips, tools, and strategies for cultivating well-being and resiliency in your life.

Live Well Experiential Learning Area

Feeling burned out? Get inspired about the importance of taking care of your mental and physical health at the 2017 AAN Annual Meeting. From yoga and meditation to important information on managing personal, professional, and practice burdens, and one-on-one mentoring, the Live Well Experiential Learning Area will motivate you to take charge of your well-being.
