Topic(s) Autoimmune Neurology

Learning Objectives Participants should become familiar with the evolving spectrum of autoimmune neuropathies, including CIDP, autoimmune nodopathies, and autonomic ganglionopathies. The course will also review autoantibody testing and nerve conduction/EMG studies, emphasizing diagnostic distinctions among demyelinating neuropathies, nodal/paranodal dysfunction, and sensory neuronopathy in case-based approach. Updates on electronic calculators and web-based diagnostic tools will be presented, highlighting diagnostic accuracy across CIDP, variants, and mimics. New and emerging immunotherapies, including targeted antibody-based treatments, will also be reviewed.
