Participants should be able to define core systems thinking concepts and explain their relevance to cross-disciplinary collaboration in health care; analyze common failure modes of collaboration using systems archetypes (e.g., suboptimization, accidental adversaries, tragedy of the commons); and apply systems thinking principles to design or redesign a collaboration structure in their own institutional context.
