Participants should become familiar with the fundamentals of curriculum development, with a focus on applying educational theory through Kern’s 6-Step Approach and Kirkpatrick’s 4-Level Model to guide the design and evaluation of neurology education curricula; be able to apply both frameworks to a real-world curricular problem by identifying needs, developing instructional strategies, and outlining meaningful assessment methods; and become familiar with common dissemination pathways for education scholarship and recognize which submission formats best align with their curricular work
