Learning Objectives
This program will focus on understanding how brain stimulation approaches, particularly deep brain stimulation and responsive stimulation, have been used, primarily in movement disorders and epilepsy, to lessen disease burden and improve quality of life. We will also discuss some of the research into unraveling the pathophysiology underlying the brain's responses to neurostimulation as well as new approaches to neurostimulation management in other neurological diseases and psychiatric disorders. Come join us for this exciting look at the future of neurotherapeutics!
