Step off the conference floor and onto the mat for an energizing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) session. Led by experienced instructors, this interactive workshop blends movement, strategy, and mindset to help you recharge while learning practical skills. Participants should explore the fundamentals of leverage, balance, and controlled movement, as well as principles that translate seamlessly from the mat to the workplace. Through partner drills and guided techniques, you’ll experience how BJJ sharpens focus, builds confidence, and enhances problem-solving under pressure.
