Wolters Kluwer Health Published Journals Recognized for Excellence in Editorial and Design at the 2013 FOLIO: Eddie & Ozzie Awards

Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Journals Take Home 8 Awards in 4 Categories

PHILADELPHIA -

Wolters Kluwer Health announced today that its Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW) medical and nursing journals won eight awards in four categories at the 2013 FOLIO: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. Taking home the top spot in the “Best Full Issue BtoB Category,” was Neurology® Clinical Practice, an official publication of the American Academy of Neurology, which commenced publication in 2011. Sponsored by FOLIO: Magazine, the Eddie & Ozzie awards represent one of the industry’s largest, most prestigious awards competitions for magazine and digital editorial and design excellence.
“We’re extremely proud of the stellar work our publishing and editorial teams put forward this year to achieve this prestigious industry recognition from FOLIO Magazine,” said Jayne Marks, Vice President, Publishing, Wolters Kluwer Health, Medical Research. The LWW journal winners were culled from among approximately 500 finalists, which were initially narrowed down from more than 2,300 entries. Winners received either Category Winner or Honorable Mention awards (in past years, winners received either Gold, Silver or Bronze awards).
