Description Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) are living longer than ever before and the risk of dementia is increasing and yet their care and supports are lacking. This ICW event will bring together local and regional leaders in aging, dementia and IDD leaders. Noah Homes will help support this event in partnership with the Adult IDD Section as well as the National Task Group on Intellectual Disabilities and Dementia Practices. The CMS GUIDE Program will be reviewed as a potential focus that can provide best dementia practices.
